This is a lovely home. The house is very tastefully decorated. The beds are very comfortable. The kitchen was very well stocked. Welcome basket was provided. Hosts were very communicative. Hot tub was great; also the firepit. Wonderful woodsy setting. Would definitely stay here again.

Home was beautiful and well prepared. Kids absolutely loved the hot tub and fire pit. We didn’t have a bonfire as it has been really dry but we sat out there during the day when it was warm. The road was a bit busy but you couldn’t tell from inside our when you were out back. It was a little oasis!

Everything we needed and more was provided. The home was well stalked. We packed a lot of things that we didn't end up needing because they were already provided. The property and home were actually better than described and I don't think the pictures did justice to how beautiful this place is. We loved the photo book of how this old home was transformed into what it is now with all our modern needs. This was by far the best experience we've had with any vacation home!

We had a wonderful stay! Home is secluded with woods and the fire pit/ swing area was so nice to relax. The started kit for the s’mores was an extra special treat! The front porch was nice in the morning for quiet time with a wonderful view. Kids loved the jacuzzi tub and the checkers/chess table. Beds were comfortable. All around a great stay!

This was my first Airbnb rental outside of what my wife usually gets for us. Everything went very smooth for myself as a first time user. The house was private and very comfortable. The house was very comfortable and relaxing. Some houses I have found people are very good at make photos seem better than real life situations and this house was as good as it looks. We had a wonderful stay! We traveled with 3 kids under 2.5 and this was a perfect spot! They provided a high chair, pack and play, and even a baby gate to block the stairs! Brian was also very responsive and offered us a later checkout when one of our guests was sick the last day. Highly recommend!

Brian’s place was great for our group attending a wedding nearby! There was even more space in the house than anticipated with a lot of outdoor space as well. Communication and cleanliness of the house were both great as well.

Great place in Dover Ohio. Very clean with everything you need. It was tastefully remodeled. We had good use of the hot tub, fire pit, patio & grill. Brian was very responsive. Great stay!! We plan to book again in the future when visiting our family in Ohio.

Brian and Rachel’s place was perfect for our weekend getaway for a wedding. Three couples stayed and we all enjoyed the space. There are lots of special touches that show much thought and care about the comfort of guests. We all enjoyed the photo book of the restoration of the old house as well learning about the history of the place. The house was very clean and well stocked with everything we needed. We will definitely stay again if we are back in the area.
